Iain Mckinnon is the Co-founder and Director of Operations for the CIC, Iain also leads on Inclusive Design for Global Disability and Innovation Hub at UCL. Teaching and leading Inclusive Design research and consultancy work. Iain brings considerable experience working on Inclusive Design as both a consultant and client. He led on Inclusive Design for the development of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as part of the London 2012 Paralympic Legacy programme, producing the Inclusive Design Standards and facilitating the Built Environment Access Panel as part of his work.

Accessibility Hackathon 2020: Daniel Dominey on Social Model of Disability
We will now have a session digging deeper and discussing what disability actually means and how we can work with people as part of the participatory and co-design process with Daniel Dominey. Daniel is president of Project Impactive, a non-profit organisation that works with engineering students to design and build accessibility equipment using participatory design principles. He is also part of the young disabled advisory group at the department of education.

Here's the recording of Dr. Matteo Zallio's talk on Participatory Design. Dr. Matteo is is an inclusive research design research fellow at the University of Cambridge as well as an award-winning designer, UX researcher and adjunct professor. Matteo is also a UX design researcher at Stanford University’s Autonomous Systems Laboratory and the founder of the startup Déan Design Lab. As a curious researcher, passionate inventor and UX design strategist he has developed an extensive track record in creative thinking to understand and incorporate complex technical requirements into research with the goal to improve people’s lives through inclusive futuristic solutions.
